This is for individuals either through private referral or offered through a business as an alternative to the help available through EAP’s.
I can provide stress management; confidence coaching and mental health coaching which includes anger management, anxiety management and mood management.
Previously I have helped individuals in high pressure environments within construction, security, nursing and healthcare, communications and IT.

For all types of one-to-one support, I offer 3 different journeys:

Free Discovery Session

  • An informal chat.

Coaching Booster Session

  • An intensive coaching session.
  • A no-nonsense reboot to get you back on track.
  • lasts for 2 hours.

Training

I provide workshops via Zoom or in-person to small groups of around 10 individuals. The workshops are 2.5 hours long and aim to increase understanding, discuss issues and provide psychological tools. The 3 workshops I offer are:

Mental Health Awareness – this looks at definitions of mental health and ill-health and asks individuals to come-up with their own understanding and definitions of personal wellbeing.  The workshop looks into some of the labels we apply to illness such as depression and schizophrenia and asks whether these diagnosable illnesses are the same as issues we might experience on a day-to-day basis with wellbeing.  It also considers stigma and looks at where to access different types of help when it is needed.

Building Resilience – this workshop looks into ideas around psychological flexibility and how we can boost our ability to roll with life’s ‘punches’.  It looks at 6 distinct areas of psychological flexibility and provides individuals with tools to bolster their own resilience.

Stress Management – This workshop focuses on stress management as another means to enhance resilience.  The workshop helps individuals understand the stress process; identify their own ‘triggers’ and looks at practical as well as psychological ways of managing stress in a more proactive way.

The workshops can be used as individual, one-off sessions or can be used as a series within the workplace.

Cost: All workshops are £300 for 2.5 hrs

Consultancy

Within the consultancy process I aim to help leaders and business owners identify what mental health and wellbeing looks like for their organisation. No two businesses are alike, so this is about using a coaching approach to identify what steps are needed to achieve a bespoke and unique strategy that works for the individual workplace.

Cost: Half Day £200 or £60/hr for ongoing input.

Presentations and Talk

These can be 30 – 60 minutes on a subject of your choice. Previous subjects have included: ‘Resilience in Business’, ‘Perinatal Mental Health’, ‘What is Mental Illness?’ and ‘How to Boost Your Confidence’.

Cost: 30 minute talk + preparation time £75

60 minute talk + preparation time £120
