Women’s Wellbeing Circle

Please note: These are currently postponed until people are safe to meet in larger groups.

Open to women of all ages, these meetings occur monthly and offer a supportive environment and sense of community.

The meetings aspire to promote the value of being authentic, and so the idea is that you are freed from judgement and a sense of competing with other women. This connection can be inspiring and empowering, fostering deeper connections, friendships and an energy which is carried through into daily life.

The meetings themselves last 90 minutes and each one focuses on a different theme which links to women’s wellbeing eg Mind/body connection, family, anxiety, hormones etc A key speaker is often asked to lead the theme, before it is discussed in smaller groups.
